Your Heartland Bank Visa Check Card is available with any Heartland Bank personal checking account.  If you already have a checking account with us, simply complete our application and return it to us. 

We’ll process your application and, once approved, you’ll receive your Heartland Bank Check Card in the mail in a few days. Your PIN will be mailed separately a couple of days later.

If you do not have a personal checking account with us, please stop in and talk to one of our friendly Personal Bankers. We can open your new account and complete your Check Card application at the same time!

* Heartland Bank will not charge a fee for using a non-Heartland Bank ATM, but the owner of the non-Heartland Bank ATM may charge a fee.
