Baldwin is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and policy development. He is located at the bank’s headquarters at 405 N. Hershey Road in Bloomington.
About Roger
Baldwin served 6 years in the United States Navy. He holds a Senior Professional Designation in Human Resources (SPHR). He attended Illinois State University earning his undergraduate degree in Business – Human Resources and his MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources. Originally from Lincoln, Baldwin has lived in Heyworth for the past 23 years with his wife of 33 years, Michelle, and their children Miranda, Alex, and Kennedy.
