Hershey Branch Renovations
Exciting things are happening at our Hershey branch!
We're in the process of transforming our interior to create a brand-new lobby design that will elevate both customer and team experiences. As one of our busiest locations, this office has proudly served as our headquarters since it opened in 1994.
During the renovation, we will do our best to minimize any disruptions to service, but please note that there may be times in the coming months when walk-in and/or drive-up services are limited or unavailable.

To prepare for the renovation, the Hershey office will be closed from Tuesday through Thursday, December 17–19. We’ll keep this webpage updated with progress, FAQs, service disruptions, and any important timing details as they become available.

Important Information
The Hershey night drop will be closed as of Monday, December 16 until further notice. To avoid service disruptions, you are welcome to visit any of our other Bloomington-Normal locations.
Non-retail staff will be relocated during renovations. Please contact your officer prior to stopping by to verify where they will be located at the time of your visit.
Access to boxes is expected to be available throughout the renovation, excluding days that the lobby or entire branch is closed.
