David Hopkins has been serving business owners in the St. Louis market since 1982 and in Heartland Bank’s Metro East area since 1991. David believes in building strong relationships with his customers to help them achieve their business goals. His commitment to providing financial solutions and supporting business growth makes him a trusted adviser in the community.
David earned his bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Actively involved in the community, he currently serves on boards or committees of the O’Fallon Police and Fire Pension Boards, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Foundation and the Violence Prevention Center of Southwestern Illinois. David has held prior board positions with the O’Fallon-Shiloh Chamber of Commerce, the O’Fallon Sunshine Rotary Club, the Home Builders & Remodelers Metro East Association and the American Cancer Society.
David currently resides in O’Fallon with his wife, Beth.
