Bio
Greg Maher, vice president, joined Heartland Bank in 2021 bringing 18 years of banking experience. Greg primarily works with businesses across various industries and takes great pleasure in assisting his customers in addressing their financial needs and achieving their goals. He's passionate about understanding affordable housing, and his tenure at Heartland Bank has helped provide valuable knowledge and a better understanding of the complexities of the issue.
Greg earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Throughout his career, Greg has actively engaged in community development and has contributed to the O’Fallon Shiloh Chamber of Commerce through collaboration with local businesses and community leaders.
Greg currently resides in O’Fallon with his wife, Megan, and their three children, Will, Jake and Emily. Outside of work, he can usually be found on the golf course or at a sporting event cheering on his children or one of the St. Louis sports teams.
