Heartland Bank Promotes Adrianna Mucha to Regional Retail Manager Position

Heartland Bank and Trust Company is proud to announce the promotion of Adrianna Mucha to Regional Retail Manager. Mucha, who has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry, is located at Heartland Bank’s Western Springs branch at 4456 Wolf Road in Western Springs.
About Adrianna
Mucha’s most recent experience was as a Retail Manager for Heartland Bank. Her prior experience includes serving as a Teller, Personal Banker, and Manager. Mucha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a Masters in General Management from Keller School of Management. Mucha is a member of the West Suburban Chamber of Commerce and was recognized as a “30 Under 40 Award” Honoree in 2022.
Additionally, Mucha sponsors the organizations Aging Care, Healing Hearts for Ashley, Interfaith Community Partners, Soup and Bread for BEDS PLUS, and H Foundation’s Comedy for Cancer. Originally from Oak Lawn, Illinois, Mucha currently makes her home in New Lennox, Illinois with husband Chris and children Damian, Michael, and Tommy.
