Joseph Dillard Joins Heartland Bank as Retail Manager

About Joseph

Dillard has 30 years of financial services experience, 17 of which have focused on banking branch management. He will be located at Heartland Bank’s Bloomington branch at 401 N. Hershey Road.

Dillard earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Northwestern University. He also holds a Series 6 and a Series 63 license as a security professional. Dillard is active in the community, teaching financial education to churches and community groups and has been involved in Christian education and various ministries in churches he has attended. Originally from Minneapolis, Dillard is married to wife Ann of 36 years. They have three children and three grandchildren. In his spare time, Dillard enjoys watching sports, reading and spending time with his family.
