About McKinley

Located at the 14901 South Route 59 branch in Plainfield, McKinley is responsible for addressing local business customer’s cashflow concerns and lending needs.

A graduate of Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership Management, McKinley began his career with Heartland Bank in 2018 as a Credit Analyst. He then transitioned into a Portfolio Manager role, further developing his skills in financial analysis and risk mitigation. “McKinley has grown professionally since joining our team in 2018. Outside of work, McKinley has a passion for baseball; he was a player at Illinois Valley Community College and Robert Morris University, earning an All-American award at Robert Morris. He also enjoys coaching youth baseball. A native of Buda, Illinois, he now lives in Romeoville with fiancé Drew and dogs Wrigley and Gunner.
